Position: Fulltime Payroll Specialist

Location: Willard City Schools/Board of Education, Willard, Ohio

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 Hours Per Day




Applications are being sought for a Payroll Specialist in the Willard City School District. This is an unclassified position. Excellent pay and benefits including medical, prescription, dental and vision coverage, vacation, holidays, and personal leave.  Pay based on experience.  You must pass a BCI/FBI background check.





Preferred Qualifications:

  *   Experience with employee benefits, STRS and SERS reporting
  *   Experience with payroll processing on redesign system
  *   Not required but a Treasurer's License or ability to obtain a license is advantageous
  *   Experience with Excel spreadsheets
  *   Knowledge of governmental accounting standards

  *   Good Verbal and written communication skills
  *   Good Attendance with previous employers
