[Mail_treas] Assembly Meeting Tomorrow! Assistance requested

Good morning!
Our quorum for tomorrow's Assembly Meeting is in jeopardy.  If anyone that has registered is unable to make it, we may not be able to approve our fee schedule for the 23/24 school year.  It would be very helpful if everyone could make sure that they've either submitted a proxy form (attached) or have registered for the meeting. As a reminder, each member district is represented by their superintendent and treasurer in the MVECA Assembly and each representative has one vote.  District technology contacts are encouraged to attend and can carry a proxy for one or both of their district representatives.  Alternatively, a proxy may be submitted directly to the recording secretary for the Board of Directors by emailing the form to Clendenin at mveca.org<mailto:Clendenin at mveca.org> .
Breakfast will be served at 9:00 a.m. with the meeting beginning at 9:30.

Good afternoon MVECA Assembly Members and Friends,

MVECA's Spring Assembly Meeting is THIS Thursday, April 13, 2023! The agenda for the meeting is attached, as well as the minutes from the November 17, 2022 Assembly Meeting.

We highly encourage your attendance at this meeting, and would like to try to increase the number of member attendees to ensure we have a quorum for the meeting.
