[Mail_treas] USPS Release Notes and Reminder to Register for CYE Presentation

Good Morning Everyone,

When you have a moment take a look at the USPS Release Notes.
The W2C submission file will be added tonight and available on Saturday.  Nice new feature to USPS-R.
The W2C submission file will import into SSA/BSO.

A new version (7.5.0) of USPS is now available. Please see details in the full release notes<https://mcoecn.atlassian.net/l/cp/P8GDgJVe>.
