Good afternoon!
This is a reminder that our Spring Assembly Meeting will be next Thursday the 11th (see below).  We do not yet have a quorum.  Please register as soon as you can here: Spring Assembly Registration<https://www.mveca.org/protected/EventRegistration.aspx?rCode=5GBGA0>
Also, please note that we will be discussing and voting on our first significant fee increase since 2011.  I've attached a draft of our proposed fee schedule.  Please rest assured that we have adhered to our commitment to remain the most cost effective ITC in the region, but it is important that you have an opportunity to hear about the proposed changes.
If you cannot attend the meeting, please return the attached proxy form.  The minutes from the last Assembly Meeting are attached along with the tentative agenda.  Don't hesitate to let us know if you have any questions.

Good Afternoon MVECA Assembly Members and Friends,
MVECA's Spring Assembly Meeting will be held on Thursday, April 11, 2024 at the MVECA Offices, located at 888 Dayton Street, Suite 102, Yellow Springs, OH 45387. Sign-in and breakfast will begin at 9:00 AM, and the meeting will begin at 9:30 AM.
The Spring Assembly meeting agenda, as well as the minutes from the Fall 2023 Assembly meeting, will be provided soon.
