[Mail_treas] Update to SB29

Good morning,
SB29 amendments were folded into HB432 earlier today and were passed on an emergency basis.  Later today Governor Dewine is expected to sign HB432 and it will go into immediate effect.  The 72 hour reporting requirement for technology monitoring will be limited to health and safety issues only.  Please take a look at the attached and let me know if you have any questions.
