[Mail_treas] W2 Archiving Individual Forms

Good Morning All,

We are receiving tickets that when running the W2 Archiving Individual Forms districts are receiving error messages that the W2 Archiving Individual Forms is already in the Job Scheduler.  This is the scheduled W2 Archive from 2022.
I have tested deleting the job schedule entry from 2022 and it does not affect anything.  All this is doing is creating a schedule to move the W2's to File/Archive - W2 Archive tab.  Once the W2's are in the W2 Archive tab, this pushes the W2's out to Kiosk.  Removing the job scheduler will not affect Kiosk W2's.
I will be contacting SSDT to see if this is bug or if this is how it will be going forward.  We will let you know.

BUT for 2023  Go to Utilities/Job Scheduler and remove the W2: Archive Individual W2 Forms scheduled job from 2022.  Then continue with the processing of your Archive Individual W2 Forms.
