[Mail_treas] Mass Change Contract Compensation to Archive

Good Morning All,
We are receiving several tickets regarding duplicate FTE during EMIS reporting.  This is caused when the prior fiscal year contract compensations have not been archived.
Please find attached detailed instructions how to Mass Change contract compensations to archive FY23.
