[Mail_treas] Financial H Data Collector Steps/Guide

Good Afternoon,

Attached is a guide we created to help/outline the steps to upload the .seq file your financial H collection in the data collector. Please note: In the financial/fiscal year you will select 2024. Also, once you have your file uploaded you will then perform the next steps to prepare the data, then preview the prepared data to ensure you have no fatal errors, and then lastly certify and submit.
