[Mail_treas] AOS Extracts in the USAS job scheduler - FYE Step 19

Good Afternoon,

We have had multiple districts reach out advising they are not seeing the District Audit Job/AOS extract in the job scheuler as they are going down the FYE checklist/steps. We have confirmed that since MVECA set up the jobs the only user that can see the scheduled jobs is an admin user (MVECA) as users can only see jobs they create in USAS.

I have verified for every district both jobs are set up so there is nothing for you to complete for this step (19). I did request a USAS enhancement so that any user with a manager role would be able to see any job scheduled for the district. Note: This enhancement request does not impact the job and we assure you all of this has been completed and doubled checked in USAS for all districts so you do not need to do anything more for step 19 on the FYE USAS closing.
