[Mail_treas] Quarterly Reporting Ohio Tax

Good Afternoon MVECALAND,
I received an email from a district today indicating Ohio Quarterly reporting is no longer required.  This information will all be reported on the IT941 at calendar year-end.
Please see below the notice they received when trying to post the IT942 in the Ohio Business Gateway.
Also see below the Ohio's websites pertaining to this change.

Good morning,

Notifications have been issued previously that effective January 1, 2024, the IT942 annual and IT942 quarterly returns will no longer be available because they are no longer valid returns and no longer have a filing requirement.

You must continue filing IT501 returns as normal and the Ohio Withholding Annual Reconciliation, IT941 for the tax year 2024 is due by January 31, 2025.

Below is the information that will be needed at Calendar Year-End for Ohio Tax Reporting.
Attached is a json file you can import into Reports/Report Manager to obtain the figures to complete the withholding information.
