[Mail_treas] Financial H Collection

Good Afternoon,

DEW has notified SSDT that they have resolved the issue with the data collector throwing erroneous errors regarding building IRN's. One contact from DEW advised SSDT that district who had already submitted their H submission with no errors didn't need to re-submit or do anything further. However, we getting/seeing mixed information on this as we see some districts who we know did submit their H submission show the following message within the data collector:

Our recommendation at this time is for ALL districts to go in and submit/resubmit their Financial Collection. It you re-submit your collection it will not cause any issues. Attached are the instructions on submitting your collection. Note: The submission is not due until 8/30/2025.

Good Afternoon,

We have been notified by SSDT that DEW reached out to them and advised there is a bug/issue within the data collector. When submitting the H submission it is throwing errors stating there is no building IRN for the expenditure accounts. DEW is working on this issue and once we are notified it has been resolved we will let all the districts know.

The financial H collection is not due until 8/30/25 and if you have already submitted your collection and didn't have any fatal at this time you do need to do anything further as you have already submitted with no fatal errors.
