[Mail_treas] STRS Advance Balancing issue

Good Afternoon,
We have found that when you run Check STRS report, if an employee had a voided check during advance,  the report is not reducing the amount of advance from the report, thus reporting an increased advance amount.
Please make a note of any voided checks while you are in advance.  You will need this information for the total advance remitted and also for balancing the FY25 advance next year.
Hopefully this will be resolved by then, but for now we need to be proactive.
