Good Morning,
Please go to Core/Organization and verify that you are not in advance mode and that your advance amounts are zero.
If an amount remains, you will need to determine what caused the amount difference.
Once you have resolved this issue, send a ticket to helpfiscal at mveca.org<mailto:helpfiscal at mveca.org> requesting that we take you out of advance mode.
This is VERY important to resolve before you start balancing STRS Advance.

It is time to start running STRS Advance reports to resolve any wage and/or service credit issues.
