This is a reminder the Forecast Collection (P) is due on 10/15/2025.

If you need MVECA to help convert your file or if you are a district that has any average change percentage <999.99% please send us (helpfiscal at mveca.org<mailto:helpfiscal at mveca.org>) your forecast Excel file (In the state software template) by end of day Friday.

Please see the update OASBO shared recently notating a change in the 5-year Forecast<https://mcoecn.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/usasrdoc/pages/3572933/Five+Year+Forecast>/P Collection due date. The forecast must be submitted in the data collector by 10/15/2025.

Also, please note that SSDT has a new release that will be deployed this evening to update the Financial Forecast spreadsheet headers per the ODEW changes. For full details, please review the release notes<https://mcoecn.atlassian.net/wiki/x/AoCNZw>.
