[Mail_treas] USPS STRS Send Update Release

Good Morning,

SSDT created a fix to correct STRS Submission.  This was loaded over the weekend.  If you have any issues with STRS receiving your submission file please let us know.
The USPS 2025.21.0<https://mcoecn.atlassian.net/wiki/x/AYBPbQ> release includes an enhancement to the STRS file submission functionality. Upon updating to this version, the capability to transmit STRS files directly from USPS will be restored.
