Good morning!
We currently do not have a quorum for the MVECA Assembly Meeting next Thursday.  If you can't make it, please send in your proxy form (attached) or make arrangements for another district representative to carry your proxy form to the meeting.  If you are sending in proxy forms ahead of the meeting, please send those to clendenin at mveca.org<mailto:clendenin at mveca.org>.  We do hope, however, that you can make it in person.  We have some great information to convey related to our work with the Miami Valley Communications Council along with some important updates on ITC offerings, service fees, and more.  And, as always, we'll have a great breakfast for you to enjoy.

Hello MVECA Assembly Members and Friends,
MVECA's Spring Assembly Meeting will be held on Thursday, April 9, 2026 at the MVECA Offices located at 888 Dayton Street, Yellow Springs, OH 45387. Sign-in and breakfast will begin at 9:00 AM, and the meeting will begin at 9:30 AM.
The Spring Assembly meeting agenda, as well as the minutes from the Fall 2025 Assembly meeting, will be provided soon.

Good Morning,
We received this message from SSDT this morning.
Please make a note of the workaround if you are receiving the error when exporting leave.

We have received a few reports regarding the error "Attribute 'endDate' not found on type 'LeaveRequestDetail'" when attempting to use an ending date with the Leave Request Export option in ESS. Development is currently working on a hotfix to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

In the meantime, as a workaround, users can select leave requests manually from the Leave Request Export grid to successfully export them.

Good Afternoon,
SSDT has released the hotfix for the Leave Request Export Error bug.
A new version (2026.5.1) of Employee Self Service is now available. Please review the release notes<https://mcoecn.atlassian.net/wiki/x/AgAskw> for details

If you are having this issue and need it corrected right away, let us know and we can load the release now.
Otherwise the release will load tonight.
