[Mail_treas] ESS Improvement - Leave Request Adjustment-For Exported Leave Only

Good morning MVECALAND!

ESS has a new tool in the Leave Request grid. ESS users can now create a leave request adjustment for an exported leave record and export it to USPS to update the user's Attendance screen. From the Leave Request grid, select the Leave Adjustment button [cid:image002.png at 01DCD0C1.6A608C10] to create an adjustment to any Exported leave. This button can be viewed under 'My Leave Requests' or 'View District Leave'. After a leave request adjustment is created, it will be displayed under Leave Management > Leave Adjustments to be exported to USPS.

Here are some things to remember when creating a Leave Request Adjustment:


  *   Adjustment Date- When creating a leave request adjustment, the Adjustment Date will only allow you to select the original leave request date.
  *   Adjustment Amount - Enter a positive number in this field. This field includes a (-) negative symbol, so all adjustment amounts will be automatically posted as negative amounts.
  *   Multi-Day Adjustments - If a user needs to adjust multiple days on the same request, they can click the "+" below the adjustment amount to adjust additional dates.
  *   Negative Full Request - When this box is checked in Leave Request Adjustment, it will adjust out the entire day.
