[Mail_treas] Verify your district is out of STRS Advance after the final pay of the advance contracts

Good Morning All,
We just wanted to send a reminder that as you finish processing the final pay of the STRS Advance contracts, please remember to go to Core/Organization and verify STRS Advance is 0 and the box is no longer checked, that you are out of advance.
If you have just a few cents remaining, no problem just send an email to helpfiscal at mveca.org<mailto:helpfiscal at mveca.org> and we will take you out of advance.
But if you have dollars remaining you will need to determine what the difference is  (ex. You docked someone while they were in advance) you will need to notify STRS and then send an email to helpfiscal at mveca.org<mailto:helpfiscal at mveca.org> and we will take you out of advance.
