[Mail_treas] FW: MVTCG Joint Pavement Marking Bid Project

Good Morning,

The Miami Valley Communications Council (MVCC), now part of the Miami Valley Technology and Communications Group (MVTCG), will begin the annual Joint Pavement Marking Bid process in the next few weeks. This is a free service for all our members in which MVTCG will collect quantities for thermoplastic, epoxy and regular paint striping for streets, drives and parking lots. The quantities are then combined and placed out for bid for all participants.

After the bid opening, each participant will receive all the bid packets, so they may make their own selection of a bidder based on their needs, make contact with the company of their choice and schedule striping within their own timeframe.

The MVTCG merger between the Miami Valley Educational Computer Association (MVECA) and MVCC increases membership to 178 entities. We are hopeful the increased participation in this project will also help lower overall costs.

PARTICIPANTS: Please see the attached form which has a separate page for Regular, Thermoplastic or Epoxy paint as you scroll down. You need only to fill in your contact information at the top and the total quantities beside the type of paint striping you require.

Return the updated Excel spreadsheet by Feb. 18th to stracy at mvcc.net<mailto:stracy at mvcc.net>. Please do not send PDFs.
