[Mail_treas] Document Store Migration Planning

Good Morning,
Attached is the 2026 Document Migration Schedule, which includes the tentative migration dates we have outlined for each district based on the Google Form responses collected and shared during our Fiscal Year-End meeting.
We have also created a demo video<https://youtu.be/7U5k28Kh5vU> of the new document module, which has been posted to our webpage along with the PowerPoint presentation<https://www.mveca.org/Downloads/Document%20Store2.pdf> from the Fiscal Year-End meeting.
Please review the attached schedule and note your district's tentative migration date. On your scheduled migration day, all users must be logged out of USAS and USPS by 4:00 PM so we can complete the migration process.
Once the migration has been successfully completed, we will notify the treasurer's office for your district.
If you have any concerns or scheduling conflicts with your assigned migration date, please let us know as soon as possible so we can discuss alternative arrangements.
The following districts are currently planned for migration in February and March 2027. A separate 2027 migration calendar will be distributed at a later date.
