[Mail_treas] IMPORTANT Zero Net Balance on ACH

Good Morning MVECALAND!
I was running a test on a zero net balance direct deposit, for a single employee.
Then I posted the payroll and ran the ACH file.
SSDT has updated this procedure so that the employee with the zero net balance is no longer processing on the ACH file, so the ACH file will submit to the bank with no errors.
This is just what everyone needed when you have an employee who wants all of their severance to go to an annuity. Now you don't have to have a dollar remaining to keep the ACH file from bombing out.
I have no idea when this update occurred but I wanted to make sure I let you know, just in case you haven't already realized it yourself.
If you have any questions, please send an email to helpfiscal at mveca.org
HAVE A GREAT DAY!!!!
Thank you,
Marcia, Ashley and Brandy
