<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">I wouldn't recommend what you are thinking of doing in the way of capital improvements unless you have a legal opinion. You will need to report these as federal funds and back to your funding source for expenses.
We use a 4xxx receipt code or have used a 5300 depending on what year the reimbursments were for. Hope that helps.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
