<div dir="ltr">I used that subject line to get everyone's attention.<div><br></div><div>My question is as follows:</div><div><br></div><div>If you have an employee, say a full-time classified aide who is also a paid coach, who must leave early (before the end of his/her contracted hours that day) to get to an event, what do (would you do?)</div><div><br></div><div>Some say dock the time because the employee is getting paid as a coach and can't receive pay for two "jobs" for the same time period.</div><div><br></div><div>Some say if it only a few minutes (how to define "few) then ignore it.</div><div><br></div><div>Some day pay both regardless.</div><div><br></div><div>Finally, some say what about a teacher who is maybe a basketball or wrestling coach and goes to state and misses one or two days. Do you pay them?</div><div><br></div><div>Just wondering here in the frozen tundra what others do.</div><div><br></div><div>Thanks for any replies.
