3 hr/day bus driver who is a middle school basketball coach; we’ve determined that he would not work enough hours to qualify for overtime. For everyone else, no classified employee is eligible to coach because of the overtime that would be due.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">In our district it has been addressed as the "few minute" protocol. The teacher/coach who goes to state would use professional days and not be expected to use personal/deduct. <o:p></o:p></p>
