<p>In light of the December 30, 2015 Supreme Court of Ohio decision in the Tallawanda vs. Testa case, are you planning to not pay 2015 property taxes for any school owned real property? I am reading the decision that way. We have about 140 acres of farmland
that we rent out and have paid real estate taxes on for years. It's only $4,300, but every little bit helps. If you interpret this decision as I do, have you discussed this with your County Auditor.....or how do you plan to precede?</p>
