<p class="MsoNormal">Just as many feared, it appears that all is not well in the old SCOCA ITC region. META Solutions, having executed a quick merger with SCOCA in January, is now trying to dissolve that merger in order to avoid certain financial liabilities
that they did not identify in their haste to expand. Although we are still gathering details, we believe META’s actions could potentially put the 64 districts in SCOCA’s region in jeopardy of losing adequate levels of ITC service. We at MVECA feel that this
is unacceptable.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">If you know district leaders and stakeholders in the SCOCA region, please do not hesitate to send them my contact information or the contact information of anyone on the MVECA staff. Everyone here is prepared to assist in any way possible.<o:p></o:p></p>
