<p class="MsoNormal">I retired in 2007 as a school treasurer, and am now doing government accounting for the Clinton County Port Authority here in Wilmington. Our capital assets need a lot of work, and we are wanting to contact some appraisal companies for
bids.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I know this is something that school districts have done and continue to do—update your capital assets. If you have used an outside appraisal company to update your assets, please provide the name of the company that you would recommend.
I use the state software EIS and would like for the appraisal results to be in a format that can be loaded into the EIS system by our computer site - MVECA. Let me know if you had the same thing done and what was your experience with it.<o:p></o:p></p>
