this letter from an administrator in my district. I have my opinion on how to answer this but I would like to employ all your help. I think the variety of duties can be better summarized by a group of my colleagues rather than just putting my opinion out
there. The district's salary schedule is $ 26,160 to $ 33,398 for workers in the Treasurer's office. They make more than the secretaries in the building and less than the custodian's starting salary. The Superintendent's secretary and the Emis coordinator
do make more than these positions. These salary schedules have been in place for all my time here which has been 23 years plus and haven't been a point of contention until now.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
