<div dir="ltr"><div>We always require a W-9.</div><div><br></div><div>FYI - Regarding athletic departments, some of the "clubs", "boosters", "parent groups", "friends of____ groups", etc. that athletic departments want to pay for tournaments and such try to say they are not required to do W-9s. I always tell them, no W-9, no check.
