<p>If you do allow this we recommend that each person who donates would then lose one day from their accumalted total for the rest of their career.</p>

<p>Ex: We allow employees to accumulate 260 days. If you donate a day, you new maximum would now become 259 days. That way those employees actually give something with their donation instead of it all being on the school. </p>
