<p class="MsoNormal">One treasurer came forward with a response that cast some doubt on the legality of the use of the Board Docs Online voting module.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">OSBA did confirm that ORC 3313.18 does require that the Treasurer publicly call the roll in voting and therefore , OSBA believes that use of the Board Docs online voting module would not comply with state statute.
<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Therefore, I am <u>not</u> going to recommend this practice to my Board.<o:p></o:p></p>
