still see the “bubble” moving through the progressive grade levels). <o:p></o:p></span></p>

</span></span></span><![endif]><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:#1F497D">We experienced a 2-3% decrease in enrollment prior to building all new buildings in the district. Over the 3 year period of completing construction there was about a 5% increase, then
a leveling off and then back to a 2-3% decrease.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

</span></span></span><![endif]><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:#1F497D">In regard to staffing, we were able to make some reductions by going to fewer buildings in admin and related services, but we were cautious in minimally reducing our teaching staff
numbers especially not in core content area. We did have to shift core teachers to keep consistent student/teacher ratios. You may be able to make reductions in elective areas with less buildings depending on your current student/teacher ratios in those
areas and needing only one staff member per building based on need(ie. music, pe, art, French, etc.)<o:p></o:p></span></p>
