<p class="MsoNormal">Description: MVECA will be performing upgrades to all applications. During this time there will be multiple brief outages of service for phones, voicemail, Jabber and phone paging. Any moves, adds or changes will be held starting 12/26/17
to allow for database consistency during the update. All related tickets will be completed on 12/29/17.
