<div dir="ltr">I have an employee that wants to cancel a pre-tax benefit with an outside vendor because she picked up a different plan with another vendor in late December. The first vendor sent her a letter stating she cannot cancel the policy because of IRS rules, but the vendor is also telling her that we as a district can write a letter requesting it be cancelled.<div><br></div><div>Has anyone done this?
