<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:#1f497d">I am not a Treasurer, nor claim to know what to do in this scenario, but I will tell you I went to an OASBO Payroll & Benefits seminar and there was a lawyer
there that stated that any unpaid time whether a day or a week or longer must be board approved and the board is not allowed to designate anyone to make this ruling on their behalf. They also said that any dock time should be documented as a reprimand even
if the board approves it. Please understand that I am only giving you this information because it is what I heard from the person giving this presentation (Derek L. Haggerty, Esq. from Scott Scriven LLP).
