<p class="MsoNormal">So for example, if your athletic coach needs to make copies, does the number / cost of those copies get charged back to the Athletic Fund or is the cost simply assumed by the General Fund as a routine cost of doing business.

<p class="MsoNormal">Or, if your PTO / PTA needs to make copies related to a an event, does your office track the number of copies and bill the PTO / PTA for the cost or is it just absorbed by the district.

<p class="MsoNormal">Another example would be costs incurred by a Student Activity Group ( Spanish Club, National Honor Society, etc) . <o:p></o:p></p>
