the POSSCN screen. Thank you to all who
participated. </p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 8pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Some individuals believe that it pertains to
all teachers, others believe it only has to do with Gifted. </p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 8pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Ryan Jenkins of Pickerington Schools cleared it up for me
the best. Here is his explanation:</p>

framework for HQPD---it is also attached to this email. And with HQT
really not being a federal mandate, I believe the spirit now is how is your
school implementing the HQPD standards per the OESB, and are your teachers, via
the LPDC and their IPDPs, engaging in HQPD. (Just to be safe, you might
still use the teacher questionnaire on page 3 of the aforementioned manual.)</span></p>
