Here at Sidney we complete an fixed asset control form that includes the pertinent asset information on it and attach the check, PO, invoice, etc. to it and then use that to enter the information into the asset inventory system. Our retention policy doesn't
address this form and or documentation. If anyone does something similar what are your parameters to know when you can destroy those old forms/documentation?
