<p class="MsoNormal">Groveport Madison Schools, in Franklin County, is seeking applicants for the position of Treasurer/CFO. The new Treasurer/CFO will assume responsibilities in January 2020. Finding Leaders and the Ohio Association of School Business Officials
(OASBO) are assisting the Board in its search for an outstanding Treasurer/CFO. <o:p>

<p class="MsoNormal">This central office position reports directly to the Board of Education and is responsible for all financial matters for the district including but not limited to:

<p class="MsoNormal">• Promotion of student learning through sound fiscal management<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">• Serving as the financial manager<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">• Communicating and collaborating <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The successful candidate will be a proven leader with a thorough understanding of the State of Ohio finance system and system of accountability. The following are also qualifications of a successful candidate:<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">• At least a bachelor’s degree or higher<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">• Ohio Treasurer’s Certificate/License<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">• Successful school district Treasurer experience<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">• Successful leadership experience in school finance<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">• Successful experience in levy modeling and planning<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">• Strong team leadership skills and demonstrated ability to work cooperatively as a member of an administrative team<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">• Ability to create and maintain an atmosphere of respect and trust<o:p></o:p></p>
