<p class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="font-size:13.5pt;font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">We were informed in November that the state tax department changed their specifications for W2 submissions. The new submission is electronic. The assumption was that we
would still be able to submit for all of our districts appended to a single file. We just received notice that districts will need to submit their own file using the Ohio Business Gateway (OBG). Please login to the OBG and see if you have access to Upload
W2s. It should be listed at the bottom of Employer Withholding. If you do not see W2-Upload, you must request access. The deadline for filing is January 31<sup>st</sup>. You need to request the access ASAP.

file for all of our districts. We will create the file, send it to you and you will submit the W2s. They will no longer accept data on CD's or USB drives.<o:p></o:p></span></b></p>
