<p class="MsoNormal">It's that time of year again - time to verify the MVECA0 user accounts for your district. This is a required item by our SOC1 Audit and needs to be done by 5/22/20.
<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The list is in your districts Fiscweb/MVECA-Info area, the report name is USER_ACCOUNTS.PDF. The report will list each user account your district has. If the username listed has an '*' before it, the account is disabled.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The areas to look at are<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I_LASTLOGIN - this is the last time the account had an interactive login, like using Reflections<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">N_LASTLOGIN - this is the last time the account had a Network login.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Network logins are things like using the Web apps (USASWEB and USPSWEB), EMIS reports, MonthlyCD and PayrollCD and FiscWEB reports.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">P_PWDDATE - This is the date that the password was last changed.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Accounts that have dates for all three of these fields older than 180 days or say None are not being used and are candidates to be deleted.
<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Also please look at the Identifiers listed. Those control what areas the account has access to. If any changes are needed please let us know.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I need an email from each district with either changes that are needed or a message saying that the report has been reviewed and no changes are needed. Please have those to me by May 22, 2020.<o:p></o:p></p>
