However, I am beginning to suspect many more. On the one employee I was certain of fraud, I faxed an appeal to ODJFS. It seemed like a useless appeal as I heard nothing from them. Then I read in one of those daily OASBO message board threads about going to the ODJFS and filling out an online fraud report which I did, but this was only after learning that the employee name appeared on the Pre-Notice of Billing from ODJFS (Notice of Benefits Paid and Charges to Employer”. Within a few days I received the email below from ODJFS that basically says they were putting a Stop Payment Order on said employee benefits.
