A Bachelor’s Degree or higher with specific emphasis in accounting, finance and management of school district finances<br>
Valid Ohio Treasurer’s Certificate/License<br>
Successful leadership experience in school finance<br>
Strong team leadership skills and demonstrated ability to work cooperatively<br>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills<br>
Strong interpersonal and public speaking skills to effectively communicate with the Board of Education, staff, students, parents, and community<br>
Ability to create and maintain an atmosphere of respect, trust, and transparency<br>
