The Knox County Educational Service center is assisting The Clear Fork Valley Local School District Board of Education in seeking applicants for the position of Treasurer/CFO.<br>
The Treasurer reports directly to the Board of Education and is responsible for all
<br>
financial matters for the district, including, but not limited to the following:<br>
• Philosophical commitment to and passion for public education.<br>
• Actively engaged in the day to day operations of the Finance Office<br>
• Fiscal leader and advisor<br>
• Tax levy and bond issue<br>
• Successful experience in Five Year Financial Forecasting<br>
• Participates in shared district leadership<br>

Qualifications:</font></b><br>
• Bachelor’s Degree Required<br>
• Current Ohio public school Treasurer license Required<br>
• Successful experience as a public school Treasurer preferred<br>
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills<br>
• Demonstrated record of fiscal and management credibility<br>
• Successful experiences using technology in the Treasurer’s office<br>
• Success experience in community and parent engagement<br>
• Successful relationships with School Board members<br>
• Demonstrated record of success as contributing member of senior management team<br>
• Demonstrated ability to provide building level fiscal support<br>
• Demonstrated understanding of Ohio school funding<br>
• Demonstrated understanding of Ohio school law.<br>
