<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Comic Sans MS"">Please make sure to update your credentials with SSA/BSO, if you haven’t already done so.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Comic Sans MS"">If you are not sure if you have changed your credentials, try logging in to SSA/BSO, and access W2’s from last year.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Comic Sans MS"">Then log out and try to log back in again.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Comic Sans MS"">If you are able to log back in then you have the additional security that is required by Social Security Admin.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
