<p class="MsoNormal">This is a reminder that our Spring Assembly Meeting will be next Thursday the 11<sup>th</sup> (see below). We do not yet have a quorum. Please register as soon as you can here:

<p class="MsoNormal">Also, please note that we will be discussing and voting on our first significant fee increase since 2011. I’ve attached a draft of our proposed fee schedule. Please rest assured that we have adhered to our commitment to remain the most
cost effective ITC in the region, but it is important that you have an opportunity to hear about the proposed changes.<o:p></o:p></p>
