<div dir="ltr">Our administrative guidelines call for a $25,000 threshold for Board approval. As a matter of practice, we have the Board approve a "standard agreements" listing at the organizational meeting each year, listing out those vendors with whom we
are currently working with and expect to work with into the next fiscal year. Additionally, anything that comes across with terms and conditions, such as licensing agreements, etc., that are below $25K and NOT on our standard agreements listing, will be taken
to the Board during the year.
