CANCELLATION POLICY </div>

USD 100.00 for cancellations made on or after 09/16/2025.
<p>No Grace Period. Once a reservation is placed, all cancellations between September 16 and November 6 will result in a $100 cancellation fee for each room canceled, charged on behalf of OSBA by the Housing Bureau. Cancellations on or after November 7 must
be placed directly with your hotel and will result in a one-night room and tax cancellation fee by your hotel.</p>
<p>An Early Departure Fee equal to one-night room and tax will apply if you checkout earlier than your scheduled departure date. Please verify your departure date at check-in. </p>
