[Mveca_usas] FW: 14H reporting

Districts that submitted all data types, still see that their expenditures and cash are not required.  These files are required and the data is in the data collector.   I reopened the ticket with ODE.  I'll keep you posted.

PLEASE REMEMBER, the 14H collection is both a SIF and data source collection.  The SIF gets the needed data from USAS and the data source is the USAEMS_EMISR.SEQ with the district/building data (and USAEMSEDT if completed).

Hello,

ODE sent the first MISSING_DATA EMIS report for 14H yesterday.  Please go to the EMIS quick links on our webpage and select EMIS reports.  This login is the same as your MVECA0 (how you login to Reflections or USASWEB) login.  For the expenditure and cash measures, the File-is-Required flag will show 'N' until some 14H data is submitted and there is a value to use for the denominator.  Otherwise, the process will abort when it tries to divide by zero.

Attached are the data submission requirements.  Please note that the next requirement is for next Wednesday, 7/23.  Submit Cash, Expenditures, Receipts and OPUs by this date to meet the goals.  The following districts have submitted 14H data:  Cedar Cliff, Clark Shawnee, Clay Avenue, East Clinton, Greene Co. ESC, Greeneview, Imagine Hill Ave, Kipp Journey, Madison Avenue, Miami Trace, Northeastern, Bellbrook-Sugarcreek, and Xenia.

You will need to run USAEMS from the history archive if you did not do it before closing the fiscal year.  The USAEMS_FTP process will not put the correct file in the data collector if you created it in history.  Contact fiscal at mveca.org<mailto:fiscal at mveca.org> if you execute USAEMS from 4502HIST.
