Good morning,

The USAS and USPS web apps are back up and running.

This was the same issue that we have seen over the past few months.  We have a ticket open on this but no resolution has been found.

For now Kiosk access has been disabled.  I'll enable it here in a bit.  I'll let you know when its enabled.
